I’m semi-famous, again.

A buddy is up at the D.C. United Q&A session that is open to season ticket holders. He posted on La Norte’s Facebook page that the team’s CEO mentioned our tifo that we did last season. He described it in detail and said it was used as reference for this season’s outside marketing strategy. Below is the banner we made.  We made and painted it and it turned out to be a hit at the game. It got some air time during the broadcast and it got local fans on Twitter buzzing about it. 

I just think it’s cool that it was the inspiration for the team to use it as a marketing strategy. Wonder if we can collect royalties?
